The Love Bug: Packaging Design & Motion for Darcy Miller
The Love Bug: a road trip-themed Valentine campagin and the journey to deliver love
From an exterior filled with car signs flipped V-day puns to a rigid box inside with Groot (the cavalier) along for the ride in the red love bug, delivering precious chocolate kisses and ladybugs (edible too!). Also included in the special delivery is a car-shaped keychain game, a zine card of road trip games (with a mix of road trip tunes), and stickers of the original art.
I worked closely with our team from concept through final production, and led the social adaptation, bringing to life Groot’s route to deliver his special message digitally.
