2024-2026+ Catalogs embracing the theme of nostalgia for Society Social

We designed three editorial-style catalogs and a branded mailer, blending Society Social’s signature aesthetic with fresh storytelling around new arrivals, collaborations, and customer favorites.
This work continues the foundation laid by designer Lauren O’Neill (Studio Paloma), whose first issue I supported as a junior designer. Following her passing, I’ve been honored to carry her vision forward. Since we have collaborated on 6+ catalogs and print mailer projects.

A sneak peek from founder Roxy Owens

How can motion activate existing posters and tell more of the story with design?
Bringing to life the original work of Studio Two Three, the project includes type, historical ephemera, and print-collaging techniques to expand on Angela Davis's passion and important message.“You have to act as if it were possible to radically transform the world and you have to do it all of the time.” – Angela Davis

A quarterly edition design magazine covering pop culture, innovations, and reflections.
REPLY Magazine sends out a recap and digest of design innovations, celebrations, and reflections each quarter, written for creatives and design-savvy audiences.

A special edition is published each month, highlighting a specific theme/topic from that REPLY issue. The special edition is titled RE: _____.
These two publication timelines and formats allow a range of voices and various topics to be discussed timely to current events + discoveries.

Additionally, special editions on themes or elements provide opportunities for intersections within the whole creative field, and new understandings of what design is and what it includes.

The Love Bug: a road trip-themed Valentine campagin and the journey to deliver love

From an exterior filled with car signs flipped V-day puns to a rigid box inside with Groot (the cavalier) along for the ride in the red love bug, delivering precious chocolate kisses and ladybugs (edible too!). Also included in the special delivery is a car-shaped keychain game, a zine card of road trip games (with a mix of road trip tunes), and stickers of the original art.

I worked closely with our team from concept through final production, and led the social adaptation, bringing to life Groot’s route to deliver his special message digitally.

Can we repackage climate-sensitive data to spark interest in current events?

Using design to repackage snippets from both the IPCC report and scientific advocacy groups to engage/educate individuals withdrawn or overstimulated with how climate data is presented today.
The IPCC’s timely, urgent findings in the working papers of AR6 contrast greatly to its presentation + communication with the public. This exploration took 60+ pages from IPCC report layered with type to create an installation showcasing different perspectives and information for where the public is at.

Intentions: spark interest for very initiative behind the long document detailing climate solutions. Critiquing the current information systems and mediums delivering said info.

Making The Little Book of Love Valentine; designing a story worth unboxing

A layered Valentine package featuring an illustrated desk scene on the exterior. Inside is a library card confirming you’ve checked out The Little Book of Love, leading to the gift itself: a book-shaped box holding chocolate wisdoms that spell out a secret message from the author. A pencil and stickers pulled from the box art complete the set, with small illustrated winks tucked throughout.

I worked closely with our team from concept through final production, and led the social adaptation, bringing the physical suite to life digitally.
